Istiklal= Magasins, foule, odeurs de chataîgnes cuites, musique
Voila en bref tout ce que j'ai découvert jusqu'ici, et en particulier le weekend passé... Après une semaine très très calme, sans Edith et Rado, le weekend a été particulièrement occupé.
La semaine, j'ai été travailler au bureau, à Tog, et jeudi j'ai été à l'univ de Bogazici, pour nos cours de turc et pour donner une présentation sur le SVE à un groupe de volontaires d'une organisation dont un ami turc est membre. J'ai rencontré cet ami, Kagan, à Antalya, en février, ainsi que Ilhan, qui est dans la même organisation. Après la présentation on a été manger et boire un verre ensemble, c'était vraiment chouette, ils sont géniaux :D
Vendredi journée assez calme... le soir j'ai été à une réunion de Busos, l'organisation d'étudiants Tog de l'univ de Bogazici. 2h de bus aller retour, pour 50 min de réunion en turque, plus jamais ! Mais bon, la gauffre fourrée à la banane, au chocolat et aux chataîgnes à la cafétaria de l'univ était délicieuse, donc ça va :-)
Vendredi soir, je suis allée à Taksim (le centre avec les bars, les restos et les magasins) avec Yan et Germain, 2 bretons. On a été boire une verre à Synergy. C'est un bar très chouette, avec 4 petits étages, de la musique rock géniale, et des boissons pas chères ! Puis on est allé à Araf, un bar-disco où ils jouent de la chouette musique, et où il y a un monde fou le weekend. Là je les ai perdus, les petits bretons, alors comme je devais de toute façon y aller pour ne pas rater le dernier bateau vers Uskudar...
Samedi j'ai travaillé à l'appart toute la journée, à mon blog, écrire le rapport d'évaluation de YEP, ... Puis le soir on sortait de nouveau, avec Gizem, Gokhan, une copain de classe de Gizem, que j'ai rencontré à Istanbul University 2 sem avant, Germain, Yan, Kazim, le colloc de Gohkan, Adam, un ami australien de Gizem, Nebi, la meilleure amie de Gizem, et encore un autre colloc de Gokhan. Ah oui, il y avait Meral aussi, la copine turque de Germain.
Vraiment gai... et la bière turque est bien meilleure que la Jupiler 
! Même si la Kriek, la Leffe, Hoegaarden, ... me manquent!
! Même si la Kriek, la Leffe, Hoegaarden, ... me manquent!Samedi on est sortis en boite,à Araf, et j'ai dansé toute la soirée avec Kazim. Il danse bien, il est sympa et mignon... Puis j'ai logé chez Gizem, trop tard pour rentrer chez moi.
Dimanche j'ai été avec Gizem et Adam faire le tour du Bopshore en bateau. On a énormément rigolé, Adam et Gizem s'adorent et sont vraiment sympas, on se moquait constamment les uns des autres mais de façon très gentille :-) Puis à 18h on a rejoint Gokhan et Kazim, qui nous attendaient depuis ... 16h 
On a été fumer le narguileh à Tophane, le meilleur endroit pour ça. Assis sur des gros poufs sous les arbes... Puis on est allé dans un bar, on a bu, dansé, puis à Synergy, où j'ai cloturé la soirée avec un vin chaud, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, mon rêve !
Dimanche à 3h du mat Rado et Edith sont revenus de Berlin. Ils sont épuisés... comme moi :D
Aurjoud'hui et hier journées très calmes, à part 2h de cours à Pembe Ev pr les enfants j'ai rien à faire.

J'ai décidé que la semaine je ne sortirai pas, j'irai dormir tôt, et le weekend je me permets de sortir quand je veux. Il y a tellement d'endroits à découvrir ! Quasi tous les bars que j'ai visités sont très bien, chouette musique, beaucoup de bars très trendy ou rock, avec des intérieurs très agréables. Haaa, ça change de Wamont, mon petit village flamand !

This is a short version of what I discovered till now, and especially last weekend. After a very very quiet week without Rado and Edith, the weekend has been very busy.
During the week I went to work at Tog office, and on Thurdsday we had turkish class and then I gave a presentation about EVS at Bogazici university, for a group of volunteers from a student organisation of which Kagan and Ilhan, two turkish friends of mine, are part. After the presentation we went to eat and drink tea, it was really nice, they are great guys !
Friday was very quiet... the evening I went to a Busos meeting in Bogazici. Busos is the Tog group from Bogazici. 2 hours of bus, for 50 min meeting in turkish... never again ! Luckily the waffle with bananas, chocolate sauce and sweet chestnuts in the cafetaria of the university was delicious :-)
Friday night I went to Taksim (the center with bars, shops and restaurants) with Yan and Germain, 2 french guys. We went to have a drink in Synergy, a very nice bar, with 4 small floors, great rock music, and cheap drinks ! Then we went to Araf, a dancing bar, that is always overcrowded during the weekend. I lost the french guys there, and I had to go back anyway, in order to catch the last boat to Uskudar.
Saturday I worked at home whole day, at my blog, and writing the YEP-evaluation report. That evening we went out again, with Gizem, Gokhan, Gizem's classmate, who I met at stanbul University 2 weeks before, Germain, Yan, Kazim, Gokhan's roommate, Adam, Gizem's australian friend, Nebi, Gizem's best friend, and Meral, Germain girlfriend.

It was really nice... and turkish beer is better than Jupiler ! Even if I miss Kriek, Duvel, Leffe, ...
Saturday night we went out to Araf again, and I danced whole night with Kazim. He's a great dancer, nice and cute... Then I slept at Gizem's place, as it was too late for me to go home.
On Sunday I did the Bosphorus tour with Gizem and Adam. We had lots of fun, Adam and Gizem are nice people, we were making fun of each other whole the time :-) At 18h we joined Gokhan and Kazim, who were waiting for us since...16h
We went to smoke narguileh in Tophane, the best place for that. Sitting on big pillow-seats under the trees... then we went to a bar, we drunk, we went to another, we danced, then to Synergy, where I finished the evening with some hot wine, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, my dream !
Sunday night Rado and Edith came back at 3am. They were exhausted... like me :D
Today and yesterday were very quiet, except for 2 h of cultural class in Pembe Ev I have nothing to do...
So now I discovered pleasurer of Taksim :-) It's good we live in Uskudar, where we need 45min-1h to go out, otherwise I would be in Taksim every night ! I decided that during the week I work, I don't go out, and during the weekends I party whole the time ! There are so many places to discover ! Every bar I visited is great, nice and trendy or rock decoration, nice music... What a difference with my quiet flemish village !
